According to statistics, the total amount and increment of China's car ownership have ranked first in the world, which not only highlights the increasingly affluent life of our people, but also indicates that "effectively meet the reasonable parking needs of market players and people" is a major issue in China's urban construction and management. On May 7, 2021, with the consent of The State Council, The General Office of the State Council forwarded the Opinions of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Public
Security and the Ministry of Natural Resources on Promoting the Development of Urban Parking Facilities (State Office Letter (2021) No. 46), requiring the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, All ministries and commissions under The State Council and all agencies directly under The State Council "speed up the improvement of urban parking supply shortcomings, improve the traffic environment, and promote high-quality development."
China's urban construction has gradually transitioned from the construction stage to the renewal stage, and actively promoting urban renewal is an important content to practice the concept of people's cities, an important means to promote high-quality urban development, and the core work of future urban construction. It can be predicted that the construction, renovation and renewal of urban parking facilities will become one of the important contents of urban renewal, and will also become one of the important tracks of China's parking industry.
